| Shravan Kumar Jha currently heads Samhita's Educational Services intiatives. He has 3 years of experience in microfinance sector, having earlier worked with SKS Microfinance Limited, handling responsibilities in operations and internal audit in Delhi-NCR, UP, Rajasthan & Uttaranchal. He is also involved with a Pune-based NGO "PRAYATNA" engaged in education of street children by university students. He has done his B.Sc (Ag.) from Benaras Hindu University, and completed his Masters in agribusiness from Symbiosis International University. His interest includes learning human & organisational behaviour, and writing poems. |

| Mr. Rakesh Mohan Virmani has worked with the State Bank Of India for over 40 years in senior management positions. He has been Regional Manager at Jabalpur and Head of Public Relations & Community Services Banking for Bhopal Circle. His interests include compering live shows and involving in social/cultural activities. | V. Chidambar Rao is the advisor on Insurance Initiatives at Samhita. He is a microinsurance specialist with a passion for safeguarding the poor through insurance products. Prior to Samhita, he spent 6 years with SKS Microfinance where he established their insurance systems. He is originally a metallurgical engineering by training, and possesses extensive marketing experience. In his personal life, he is deeply associated with the Isha Foundation. |

| Sanjay Yadav is the MIS Manager at Samhita. He has 13 years of experience in the microfinance sector. He was earlier with Cashpor India, Varanasi, where he oversaw the MIS and Administration functions. Sanjay is a graduate of Purvanchal University. He has attended several training programs globally, including at the Grameen Bank, Grameen Communications and ASA (Bangladesh), and Cashpor Technical Services (Malaysia). | Pinky Sharma oversees Gwalior region operations. She has also earlier served a role in the Audit department at Samhita. Her educational background includes 3 Masters' degrees, in Chemistry, History and Education. She has worked for 8 years in the social services sector. She originally started her career with Nav Srijan, a Bhopal-based NGO, and then worked with the District Poverty Initiatives Project in Vidisha district, MP. Ritesh Kumar Jha oversees Bhopal region operations. Ritesh holds a BA degree (History) and is currently pursuing an MBA with a marketing focus. Ritesh has extensive experience in operations and crisis management from his prior role at SKS Microfinance. He started his career as a Field Assistant, and within a short period rose up the ranks to manage a large team overseeing a significantly sized, high quality portfolio. His last role prior to Samhita was as Assistant Manager, Crisis Management Team. Shailesh Kumar Jain oversees rural operations. He has over 6 years of microfinance experience in Madhya Pradesh. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Starting his career as a Field Credit Assistant at Share Microfinance, he moved up the ranks to Area Manager, and later worked at Spandana Sphoorty Microfinance where he was Divisional Manager. |

| Praveen Deshmukh is a member of the Applications Development Group. He holds a BE, Mechanical Engineering from RGPV Bhopal, and a PG Diploma, C-DAC from Infoway Technologies, Pune. Prior to Samhita, he worked for over 2 years with a Pune-based software firm. |

| Abhishek Patro is in charge of Training & Special Projects. He has also worked in Operations at Samhita. He has over 7 years of experience in the development sector, having begun his career with Nidan in Bihar where he oversaw their microfinance initiative. He also possesses a broad background in multiple microfinance methodologies, with extensive microinsurance exposure. Shadma Khan is Assistant Manager within the Training Department at Samhita. She is involved in content development for training modules, and conducting and monitoring various training programs offered internally to Samhita staff and clients. Prior to Samhita, Shadma worked for 15 years in various capacities at the Agha Khan Foundation and the Family Planning Association of India, and has extensive experience in developing training programs, especially for downtrodden women. Shadma holds five Masters degrees in the fields of Sociology, Economics, Hindi, Social Work and Education (M.Ed). She enjoys music and reading during her leisure time. |
